Still need more info. Is it a RTS(from the name i Guess it might be but not sure)? What is it about? What's the story? What theme is it(medieval, sci-fi, modern,etc.)? What would gameplay be like?

Its an RTS inspired from a map that I saw on THW called Rival Dynasties. Its going to have highly customizable techtrees like that map.
