When i decided to replace the samus model in my game i found another mod site with some epic models. If models can look so realistic why dont the people here try to make them like that?

Could also be a game rip, thus the creator just ripped it from metroid prime or something

Not exactly if you want to measure artistic integrity, copyright laws and a measure of the uploaders own personal ability. Some sites tolerate that, but THW would not tolerate someone uploading a ripped model

basically hive is for Artistic ability, and the other site is just......CopynPaste?

Well I wouldn't say ALL the models on the other site (I think I know what site your talking about too) are copy and paste, but the thing is that THW only let's people upload models that are their own work/they've gotten permission to upload them. Not to say you can't make your own Samus model and upload it here, but you can't just take a model from another game and upload it here.

T. Rolling or what?

Mainly because most of them are ripped. It's unwise and could possible be illegal to rip models from real games, because the massive polycount and extremely detailed textures take up immense amounts of space and cause some computers to lag. Also, usually the animations of such ripped units don't even work.

However, if you're talking about extremely difficultly detailed models with such animation, in truth it's really not worth the effort. Small deformities look nearly the same as perfect models, and the extra fluff isn't worth it. Besides, it's not even worth the effort - professional models are for professional 2d and 3d art designers.

As far as I see, nobody's trolling here.
Don-Para- only elaborated what Devine said.
'Sides, this model (http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/lich-king-154837/?prev=search%3DLich%2520King%26d%3Dlist%26r%3D20) in particular maybe answers your question on "How can it be so realistic?"
