Some spots look pretty plain, but overall, it's decent. I'd try using more plants to cover up bare spots (small grass is useful).

Yup, try to avoid anything that is the same. Use unregular doodads/Terrain at some places too.

I like the idea of consistency with irregularity. I used dead viny plants in some areas, vegetation is uncommon in my setting.
