I wanna make a shocking map. (For this Holloween)

BUT! I need ideas. Like,

1. What should it be called to make it all innocent?
2. How should I make the players grab their attention on the screen???
3. Any pictures you want me to "present" to the players?
4. And my favorite, ANY SOUNDS YOU MIGHT WANT TO SHARE???

Thanks, I don't want to get a heart attack looking for those stuff so can you help me?

2. With blood, brains, lungs and all that.

You mean like a screamer?

I was lured into a screamer map this summer, it was disguised as a warcraft 3 movie.
It was just this boring cut-scene about thrall and his troops. But then the camera shot over to a close-up of Kil-jaden's flaming face and a screaming noise.

It scared the crap out of me for a second, but then it was just hilarious.
