Hey guys I just creating a skinn, (Done like 15 skinns now.) and now when I try to view it in Warcraft 3 Viewer, in World Editor and Ingame.

If you look at the things surrounded with red then you can see that for example. the weapon looks like a spade and I dont want it to do that, if you know what I mean. Anybody know how to remove the spade and the weird shoulders so it is a weird axe and normal shoulders?

If you converted your skin from a .jpg or a .jpeg format, that's probably the cause. Take the original file you edited it from and, using something like WSQ Viewer, save it as a .tga file and convert it then to .blp.

I once made an Arthas-based skin on GIMP and converted it from .jpg to .blp, and the eyes had black around them and were triangular shaped, so you're not the only one...

Thanks very much guys.
I use GIMP, so shall I save it in JPG or tga? When we are still in the subject, do anybody know how to fix my skinn that turned out like shoulders are red and all other parts are invisible?

.jpg doesn't support alpha channels so you need to always save in .tga

If your skin is invisible ingame then it means that your skin file is corrupt. Try reconverting it. There might be something wrong with the program you are using to convert. Some programs are like that for me. Try a different program and see if it works then.

Well I always use Warcraft 3 Viewer to convert and it works like 8 of 10, anyways do you know another program that can convert safer?

Well when I tries to convert it, it says "The File Swampguard.tga is not a 32bits TGA file. Without an alpha channel the texture cannot be converted. Whoud you like to add an opaque alpha channel?" What do I do there?, May that be the cause of my Swampguard's shoulder and weapon are weird?
