TGA TO BLP w3 viewer driving me CRAZY!

When I convert, it says it was succesfull, and when I check blp file is has 0 Bytes!! OMFG I tried everything! Plz help.

use wc3_image extractor , in hive's tool section

Oh damn, I tried around 5 different converters and none of them work. I give up.

Your image file must be in the dimensions of 64,128,256,512 etc

btw, since I had to resize the logo, how to make background transparent (so only logo will be seen in map and not background)? Can I do it just with removing background in photoshop??

Extract WC3 Image extractor to your wc3 directory.

Logo with huge white background around it will look just stupid in map (I had to add background to make logo 256x256 to convert in blp).

How to make the background transparent (invisible)??????
