I hate those turn based shits. So doesnt make an inch of a difference for me.

Although 360 geeks around the globe are wetting themselves. Ya, if microsoft has one advantage, its buying the competition out. Which is pretty damn low.

Isnt Kotor point and click? Maybe im confused because i played KOTOR II. By turn based i mean like, menus and shit. Like pokemon. I cant stand it, too boring.

And it isnt? If its point and click i still probebly wont get it. I just hate it. Way too much fantasy and cute anime crap that it gets silly.

But seriously, i heard Fallout 3 has turn based combat. Please tell me it isnt true or it isnt mandatory, because that would be a REAAALLL turn off for me.

No, Fallout 3 is not turn based combat. It's pretty easy to tell if you bothered to watch any gameplay videos.
 
I like some turned based games. Legend of Legaia was pretty sweet. I don't know why, but I love that game.

Anyway, FF should only ever be done by Sony.
Microsoft is smart for getting it, the fanboys will be able to play their games on a superior system, but Microsoft is pretty much the most evil corporation, ever.
 
There are a lot of Microsoft haters in these forums. But this makes it so people don't have to buy a 500 dollar console just for one game. On another note, they didn't reduce PS3's price at E3, So this sort of justifies the descision.

It's done by Squareenix you silly person. Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo have never worked on a Final Fantasy game, it's just the console it's on

Personally, I don't care much. Final Fantasys haven't been terribly good ever since 9

I quite enjoyed twelve, although the story was lacking.
 
I was a huge PS2 fan.

Props to Ps3 for crash testing Blu-ray though. Microsoft will for sure turn to blu-ray (or perhaps a new format?!?!) for their next console.

So i commend sony for that. Also um, Jak is fuckin kickass and if they make another sequal ill buy a ps3.

No, they cant actually make an add on for the 360. Because that would basicly create an enourmous mob of users who already own a 360 to raid microsoft and spill their guts.

I would be among the crowd.

For sure, they are going to be putting a blu-ray (Or perhaps some new format...) into the next console they make. But i doubt it will be the 360, it would be too chaotic.
 
How can they? What use will that be? What about the millions of people who own a 360?

What, will the 360 suddenly be divided into 2 game sections? One for the old DVD and one for the new blu ray? Millions of people just throwing away their hardware for a new Blu-ray xbox? Companies that already have many game projects in development, suddenly stop and start making everything compatable to blu-ray?

It would be a HUGE fuck up, if they do this. IMO.
 
Final Fantasy XIII is going to suck, just like XII and X-2 did. The series is dying so they try to get more copies sold by breaking their solo deal with Sony, which probably won't help. The only way to turn this around would be to actually make a decent game this time and go back to basics, no lame-ass auto-combat, no all-female cast and a decent story and universe.

Ha I do love my ps3 but honestly I don't reckon this is worth getting upset about or even caring about.

Lol? As a 360 fanboy extraordinaire I couldn't give a rats ass about this queer game. I hate the Final Fantasy franchise.

While some PS3 exclusives I'd like to have, you guys can go ahead and keep this one.

On a side note - it seems as though PS3 is getting better exclusives.
 
I could say the same for LBP, which happened much before GeoW2. Seems like Sony fanboys did it as a retaliation to the low score of LBP(from 360 fanboys I guess).

It was the other way around actually, according to the metacritic staff. Stating to the 360 voters that "2 wrongs don't make a right".

Although they are both idiots for downgrading the games because of the stupid console wars.
