What do you mean, lol? What's with impale being too overpowered? I don't even get its real use.

Maybe it deal 200 x enemy monsters on the field to players hp?
But it can be either attack points reduction by 200 or destroy cards whos att/def points are below 200 (depends on card position)

Destroying monsters below 200 attack points/defense points is almost impossible. There are only a few monsters with 0 ap/dp, and I doubt anyone would suggest a monster with 0 ap/dp, lol. You could edit impale and make it 500 lp, because if monster cards x 200 = what the author meant, then that would be imba, lol. It's "impale," it's just, stun and go, so I don't see the point of multiplying 200 per monster cards. Maybe if it was a chain frost or something, then that would've made sense. So I vote for 200 to 500 lp damage.

Sea warlord texture size is 258KB (zipped, might be bigger)
Spider - 100KB
Dwarf skin - 77KB, dwarf custom model (which skin is made for) - 284KB
Chaos Sorcerer - model - 360KB / Texture 360KB

With stuff like this I wont make many cards and fit in 8MB limit, I can remake to low quality, remove animations/mesh if creator allows, but It is still big size.

Use ingame models then. Just change the models used in our suggested monsters to something that fits 'em, but keep those models with low file sizes. Change those monsters like the Tauren Smasher, the one I suggested, to the normal tauren creep in the Object Editor. That would reduce the file size a bit, since there are already a lot of custom monster suggestions that we suggested. Plus, remove attachments like axes from spell cards, because that would only work for some units like peasants, villagers, that wouldn't work for machine type monsters. If there are attachments like Power Axe that could be equipped for warrior type monsters, then off those stuff. Just make it like this: when you equip a monster card with an equippable spell card, the model only shows up in the spell card, like what you do in monster cards. And when it's a spell card like dark hole, just make an effect where the screen goes black, then the cards disappear.

I think he doesn't play/know Yu-Gi-Oh! that much. I suggest researching a bit, so that your cards would be okay.
 
When you flip summon a monster (def position, face down) and it have a effect.
Effect triggers when it is flipped to face up position. For example, is attacked, or flipped on your next turn.

Well, in Yu-Gi-Oh!, the monster cards, kill each other, where the one with the most attack points wins the fight. And, if the duel field of the other player is clear, you are able to attack the player himself, also called direct attack, to deal the monster's damage to his/her life points. So you can't "damage" monster cards, you can only kill them, when they're in the battlefield or use trap/spell cards/monster effect cards to kill them and send them to the graveyard. Btw, there are draws in monster battles. But I can't explain it here, researching about it would be better.

It's good, but you should lessen the instructions in it, just add the name of the current version, and some info about it. It makes it have lower file size, and you could just use F9(Quests) for instructions or you could just add it in-game.

Mabe something like "take part in an epic conversion to portray th legacy of yu gi oh"
Maybe something else.

Yes, just like what I said, you should use Map Info for that.

And what DJ said would be good, add something like a "quote" like: "Venture the world of Farfetch'd!" or something.

I've made loading screen, but minimap and preview image doesn't seem to work on this map BUT IT DOES WORK ON TEST MAP... can anyone explain what kind of sorcery is this?

Yesterday I've been simplifying triggers, systems. Have been making effect systems and stuff...

For now I'm trying to set up everything for w3 modeling, I'll make simple effect for bowman. Bowman will be able to use effect (target ability) on footman, and new unit will appear in place of footman. It will look like - footman with palantax animation in front and bowman at back, with higher attack/defense points.

I should finish with effect system today, also there are still few glitches to fix, I know there are but I just don't stick to one thing at the time and loose concentration and just forget :bad poker face: . It is like oh effect is not finished, but I need to find a working dummy ability, oh look this system needs to be fixed... Anyway, expect good stuff soon. Feel free to give suggestions.

Sorry, but I have some unexpected problems with computer I use to make map, Might be a virus or PC is too old or a windows overloaded. In other works - computer works like shit :p It worked fairly good few days ago...

OK... I've used computer for 2 hours and no errors occurred. I can run WE now but cannot connect to battle.net where I usually test it... and some random windows theme changes make me doubt it will work how it should :D

That is it... I had 2 operating systems installed on my machine. win7 and XP home.
Win7 software got screwed (random BSOD, system crashes) and win xp was eaten by a virus and never actualy was used. I was unable to fix XP (network drivers don't work). So I now have to reinstall OS.
This will delay everything about map by few more days :)

So I've reinstalled, everything works.

Testing map I've found some weird bugs... Like changing camera bounds for all players makes player_2 (player variable) to crash Oo. Also ability based on acid bomb triggers trigger Oo which is really weird and don't know how to fix Oo
